Jacky Sherman

Jacky was Chief Executive of the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, she was privileged to lead teams of specialists who by working together achieved miracles on a day-to-day basis.

Over the years she acquired various qualifications- from Diplomas in nursing, coaching and mediation to an MSc in Social Research and the NHS CEO Development programme. The main thing she learnt is to have the humility to seek out others who have expertise that she needs.

Jacky attended a workshop by the Referral Institute which transformed her own business through using what she learnt.  She then bought into the company as the concept of building communities resonated with her and now she sees her clients get the same level of success and fulfilment.

Nothing rocket science here but sensibly balanced and focused to give valuable insight in ensuring that you maintain control of your referrals and make them successful.

Whether new or experienced at gaining business through referrals this is a must.
